I would like to take a moment to recognize Antwain, the maintenance professional who works in our building. Antwain consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to keeping our facilities in excellent condition. Antwain’s attention to detail and friendly attitude make him a pleasure to interact with everybody. Thanks to Antwain, our building remains a comfortable and well-maintained place for everyone.
It used to be a nice affordable place. But they have increased rent the last 3 years and it seems the building can no longer afford to keep up the Maintenace. Between the halls and stairwells smelling like mice and the elevator being broken down every other day. It is no longer a nice place to live.
Absolutely hated living here. Horrible management of the Condo office, and they try to charge you ridiculous fees. I would not recommend this building to anyone. One time--poop came out of our shower drain. I'm sure that's enough for them to know they need to renovate the whole building. It was disgusting, and they didn't seem to care about us at all. Also, the office hours are extremely inconvenient, and you can't ever get your packages sent to your door.
