I had taken my cat for eye condition eval, the doctor prescribed a medication and when I tried to have the prescription filled by VetRx they refused to fax the information and told me the doctor no longer works there, not even an apology, they recommend to go to another vet for an apt!!! I paid almost 200 dollars for this eval. Very poor service and office staff.
Do not use this Vet if you value your dogs life!! Took my dog in for surgery and she had enlarged lymph node. Before performing dental surgery, the surgeon had the oncologist pull an aspirate of the lymph node. I was told the node was "reactive" (i.e. not cancer) just so I would continue with the surgery and spend $$$. Without my knowledge the aspirate was sent to a pathologist and came back as Lymphoma (i.e. CANCER). Did anyone at Circle City bother to CALL ME or send me the test results to tell me my dog had a terminal ill... read more
I brought my St Bernard from ky. About a 2 hr ride. Worth every trip I made. My dog had days to weeks to live. I have a great local vet that got me in up there. My 2 Dr's were the best. I went there with the chance of them being able to help him. They were able to perform the surgery back in july. They had to remove a tumor from his mouth. He lost the top left half of his jaw. It's November now you would never no what he has been thru. There were 2 Dr's involved with the surgery. Probably 2 of the greatest men I will ever me... read more
The excellence of care may only be surpassed by the level of compassion and professionalism shown by each member of the staff. All of them truly love animals! I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.
Like you, I am HIGHLY disappointed with the service here. My sister took her dog in because he got hold of a toad. All the web sites say that toads are poisonous to dogs and that they should be taken to the vet immediately!!! She gets there (after explaining the situation to the woman on the phone and they say that she should bring him in immediately) and they say that there isnt anything that they can do, just keep him comfortable, but oh yea we need $100 for the 5 min you took up.
