Been going to CCF for almost a year. Love the people, atmosphere, and even the workouts. I'm not the most fit or athletic person around, in fact, the exact opposite, but I have never felt unwelcome or judged and love feeling healthier everyday. The coaches and members are very welcoming and encourage you regardless of fitness level. Great atmosphere!
