Delicious food, great atmosphere. Feels very welcoming while also being low-key. Really fun to go out with family and share each other's dishes! Every single dish was delicious - and served quickly! - no misses here. Menu appeared to be a mix of more traditional Chinese dishes and more American-friendly ones, so I would say there's something for everybody.
Kent｜Circle Chinese Cuisine，藏在独立屋里的台山菜 爸妈回去前带他们去南边溜达，顺便找到这家开在一栋独立房子里的中餐厅。菜单一看就是广州和台山菜的路子，很有老华侨餐馆的感觉。 黄鳝饭 $65｜最不划算 煲仔是香的，饭焦也脆，但黄鳝少得可怜，翻半天才找到几丝。$65这个价格完全不值得，属于“吃个情怀”的菜。 焗鸡（五指毛桃）｜全场最佳 选了五指毛桃汤底，鸡肉焗得入味，肉质嫩滑，带着五指毛桃特有的椰香和药材香，非常温润的感觉。这道菜值得专门来吃。 酸甜藠头蛋 荷包蛋炒藠头加甜酸酱，糖油混合物的快乐，喜甜者可以点。但藠头本身味道比较冲，可能有人会吃不惯。 炒脆皖鱼 还可以的，鱼片脆弹，镬气足。 韭菜花芋丝炒鸡胗 很好吃，鸡胗爽脆，芋丝软糯，韭菜花提香。整体偏咸一丢丢，配白饭刚好。 总结：黄鳝饭太坑，其他都可以。如果来，直接冲焗鸡和炒鸡胗，黄鳝饭跳过。 #Kent美食 #台山菜 #西雅图中餐 #黄鳝饭 #焗鸡
