Didn't even take a moment understand the issue. Immediately went into defense saying that its my problem and that I have a random leak nothing to do with the work they did for Fort Worth. Can't be trusted. No honor company, didn't even ask for my information. I offered to give the complaint code through Fort Worth, they didn't care. Didn't ask my name or address... just that they are not at fault and that I have a random leak.
