Tim the service manager very rude. He tells me one thing one day and tells me a completely different thing the next day. By far the worst experience i’ve had at any dealership i’ve taken my car for service. On top of that I work valet for this dealership and I am an active reserve military member getting treated like i’m stupid. Everyone behind the service desk is good though they were understanding and helpful.

Circle BMW has excellent customer service! Ray is the best client advisor, Ian is terrific very accommodating and so is my BMW genius Adriana! After driving my friend’s (Robert B.) BMW M2 Coupe (VIN: 3MF13DM08R8E55904), I noticed a definite problem with the steering. The handling feels off — the response from the steering wheel is inconsistent and sometimes erratic. Having experience with performance cars, I can confidently say this isn’t typical behavior and presents a legitimate safety concern.
