Poor Customer Service! I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered slats for a chain link fence. The company was highly recommended. They dropped the ball on every turn. I ordered 5 foot slats. They came in at 6 ft. I made six calls over a ten day period trying to get them cut at the Gainesville office. Customer service is non existent there. They just don't care. Hard pass. Go somewhere that values your hard earned dollar. I cancelled my order and will go somewhere else.
As a contractor that picks supplies from here they are truly the best when it comes to providing quality materials.
