Everything was great until delivery!!! – Ordered about $3000 worth of materials both wood and metal. Everyone was nice and easy to deal with on the phone. However, I was under the assumption that they would drop the materials in the driveway and had asked about this twice before ordering. When the truck showed up for delivery there was no forklift or dump bed. When I asked about dumping in the driveway the delivery driver said he couldn't.
