CONS: 1. Safety Concerns: The external front door handles on each apartment are more akin to those in college dorms (simple push-button lever knobs) that are far too easy to break with minimal force. I have never seen these used on anything other than an internal door. With great difficulty I was eventually able to get them to change my apartment door handle to a normal one. A disgusting scam of an apartment! 1. I once received a water bill of over $400 in a single month due to a leak, and the apartment refused to take responsibility! 2. They tricked me into signing a one-year lease extension without my knowledge, causing me to pay an extra year of rent! 3. When I moved out, they deducted nearly $1,000 from my deposit with all kinds of ridiculous excuses! This is the most disgusting and shameless apartment I’ve ever seen!

I lived here for 5 years and really enjoyed it. Staff/maintenance are friendly and respond quickly. The location is convenient. The noise from the train isn’t much and not noticeable after a week or two. The attached garage is really nice to have. Neighbors were friendly and plenty of walking areas/things to do.

Rented a 1 BD apartment for 4 years and the experience couldn’t have been better. Over the 4 years the monthly rental rate only increased a bit. Once I was late on paying rent because I didn’t realize the auto pay had to be renewed every year but the management waived the late fee because I was never late before. There were turnovers at the leasing office but each of the agents I spoke with was courteous and helpful. Some of them went above and beyond.
