I lived here for 5 years and really enjoyed it. Staff/maintenance are friendly and respond quickly. The location is convenient. The noise from the train isn’t much and not noticeable after a week or two. The attached garage is really nice to have. Neighbors were friendly and plenty of walking areas/things to do.
Rented a 1 BD apartment for 4 years and the experience couldn’t have been better. Over the 4 years the monthly rental rate only increased a bit. Once I was late on paying rent because I didn’t realize the auto pay had to be renewed every year but the management waived the late fee because I was never late before. There were turnovers at the leasing office but each of the agents I spoke with was courteous and helpful. Some of them went above and beyond. For anyone who works a regular job or just needs to study in a quiet place, I recommend you avoid this place completely. Foreign students from CWRU and the music school live here and are absolutely the worst humans on the planet. They litter, they scream and jump around all night until 3AM and are the most inconsiderate trash ever. If you value peace and respectful neighbors, find some place else. This may be one of the worst places I have lived.
