I found out that my insurance company for my 1920's East Bay home was no longer on my side. Had a number of things wrong because I had to be a caregiver for 6 years, and I was spending my resources and time on elder care. So the house has an old roof, which I have kept repaired, needs paint, some overgrowth, clutter on exterior - now cleared, some issues, etc. Tried AAA, and a bunch of others, no go.
