Circa was responsive to my inquiry I submitted through their website (where they advertise buying jewelry). The salesperson I spoke to was also professional BUT they advertise they buy jewelry and you can schedule a free appointment for them to review your pieces when actually they ask you to send photos of each individual item via email and then decide whether they will bother with an in person appointment.
