4 Families caused traumatic power bills. Representative wired whole power meter panel for 4 apt units wrong during install. Took 20 months to find out Cir Electric is responsible for residents being misbilled. Make sure work is confirmed before paying to avoid tenant issues. Residents still awaiting incident letters to submit to GA POWER for corrective action. Ph provided to county permit office goes to an unanswered cell phone. Hire w caution.
