In my 22 years of working in NY i have never had a case when i ordered catered lunch and not only it was not delivered after confirmation within 24h - but there was zero communication about it. Full absence of management or anyone who cared. This cauysed us massive embarrassment in front of clients. I will make sure that i pollute social media with negative reviews and that you will get zero business from us and our partners going forward. What a joke
