Got to work a bit early and needed somewhere to go, stumbled upon this gem. Walked in down the stairs and immediately was transported into Europe. A sweet escape some might say from the busy nyc life. Classical music, ambiance is impeccable, and the staff are so kind. I had a chocolate muffin and it was insane. The green and white stripes take you right to Italy while the marble tables compliment the walls perfectly. So glad I found this place and I will be back!!!
I have been wanting to try this place for a while and it did not disappoint! The food is excellent, the bread is so fresh and the staff is nice. I will definitely be going back here more frequently. I also love that it is Mediterranean inspired and family owned.
