Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I attended the NYE Gala, and it exceeded my expectations considering the inexpensive cost of tickets. Open bar, free apps, DJ, beautiful decorations, etc. I did coat check, and upon leaving was given the wrong coat. As I live in New Jersey, I thought for sure I'd never see this coat again. I called and was told I can email them a pre-paid shipping label to get my coat back. I emailed the shipping label to Katie Nass yesterday at 3pm and I received the coat today, at 10am.
