I have been with the Cippenham Surgery for over 20yrs and it’s difficult to put the whole experience into a few short lines. My family, parents, sibling and children are all registered here although now my mother has passed away. It’s incredible how the surgery has grown with time, in terms of the community it serves, the efficient use of the rooms, the grounds, the facilities offered, the reception team, the support staff and the diversity of the doctors be it male or female. Very terrible customer service, and very rude on the phone.
Very pathetic- inconsiderate do not care about patients, lack of professionalism from Dr N Ignored my 80+ mother in law who struggled to walk but went in on giving time of appointment but dismissively treated.
I want to especially thank Dr.Sheikh. I went on a long cough and fever. I didn't feel good. But thanks to the professionalism and proper treatment prescribed by Dr.Sheikh, I am healthy today .
