Very rude reception staff. I stayed position one for 15 minutes in the test results queue and they did not answer the call. Then I tried the appointment queue and waited another 10 Minutes . On questioning, why position 1 stay unanswered for 15 minutes, only answer you get that they have been answering the call. But how? Does not make any logic. Then they abruptly disconnect the call.
Great service for my 4 Yr old boy who wants to get poorly again so he can go back haha
