6/10/24 update: Things are no better since they got taken over by Datavant. I think they actually just throw darts at a dartboard when deciding how to process your requests. I've been on the phone for an hour now and half of that has been on hold. My firm has access to invoices and records through Smart Request, but Datavant/Ciox frequently process invoices under the wrong "customer number" meaning you won't ever see the invoice unless you call and spend an hour on the phone with them.
