Used this company, which consists of Patsy (owner)in his 80's and son, PJ in his 30's, to replace 10 10ft by 10ft concrete pads of my driveway. Contract signed July 3, 2018 for work to begin 4 weeks from signing, August 2018. All correspondence via phone was with PJ, son, who kept pushing back start date "because of weather". Work did not begin till Sept 18, 2018 and finished October 2, 2018.
