I bought a 2021 Jetta from Ciocca not even a month ago. Haven’t even made a car payment yet. The day I left the dealership I noticed when I got home which is almost an hour away that my car had NO inspection sticker NO oil change reminder. Called them the next day and let them know. Ciocca is giving me the run around about an A/C issue I have been having with my atlas for years and are refusing to remedy the situation, they keep telling me my A/C is fine when it is clearly not blowing any cold air. Scheduler has been giving me a hard time reaching anyone that would return my call. GM Basically calling their own product a piece of crap. Also their excuse is they are helping customers. Well I clearly explained I AM A CUSTOMER!!!! I guess not the buying kind that they only care about!!!!!
Their customer service is horrible, there’s been a problem occurring with the car for years and they kept saying it was fine and prolonged it. Now after being a loyal customer they said they can’t do anything about it.
Firstly I will say the employees I’ve dealt with have been pleasant for the most part. However last year after having oil change / inspection my oil pan started leaking, they crushed the washer causing it to leak on skid plate and then on to ground. They did fix and replace this issue without hassle but just left a bad taste after this being first time dealing with this dealership since they bought out VW from Fairfield.
