What a joke of a dealership multiple multiple crappy experiences. I bought a 2021 Jetta from Ciocca not even a month ago. Haven’t even made a car payment yet. The day I left the dealership I noticed when I got home which is almost an hour away that my car had NO inspection sticker NO oil change reminder. Called them the next day and let them know. I took it on the following week. The salesman said it would only be a few minutes. A few minutes turned into 2 hours.
