Always excellent service and very accommodating and informing you about your vehicle. Don and George are an asset to the Ciocca Subaru service department in Pleasantville.
Brought my new Ascent in for the 1 year servicing and was grossly overcharged. The repair included oil change, tire rotation plus the service manager recommended wheel alignment and AC air filter. I reluctantly agreed to the recommendation (i was feeling poorly) At the end, the bill was nearly $400 which included a simple cabin filter change which I was charged $90. I do not remember the name of the man in charge of this Subaru garage but he and his time really goes the extra mile! On a saturday when they were already overbooked they took the time to manage to fix my car and saved my familly vacation on our trip to Florida, I recommend them strongly! May God bless them abundantly!
