Horrible experience a few months back that has stayed with me. I take my car in for routine service, and let them know my sunroof seems jammed. I was able to force the sunroof closed, and it was closed when I dropped the car off. I get a call saying that they tried fixing the sunroof but it is stuck open. Replacement was quoted at $4k and they can’t do it today. The guy I was in contact with was working his last shift before leaving the dealership for good. AC and control unit needed servicing. I was happy to spend the money to fix it all. Less than a year later, it failed. Attempted to charge me for the work another time, including diagnostic fees, but ultimately came back saying it was under warranty. Again, less than a year later, AC failed. Took my car somewhere else and found out that the Ciocca mechanic never installed the proper connector and never grounded it. Sent me back on the road in an unsafe vehicle. I encourage you to go literally anywhere else.

1-Star Review – Prepaid Services Not Honored Leased a Subaru Forester 2025 from Ciocca Subaru of Ewing with a prepaid service package (oil changes + tire rotation). Despite informing the service advisor, we were still charged $160 for services already covered. Poor coordination, no verification, and difficult appointment scheduling. Requesting reimbursement for duplicate charges. Not recommended.

After years of continuous service done here, Chris del bueno and his team always provides outstanding service! If you ever need service done to your car Cholo Flores is the service advisor to see! He provides amazing service and is very attention to detail. I HIGHLY recommend this location above any other place. They truly go above and beyond for their customers 😊
