My car was totaled by a red light runner, and I needed to cancel the Gold Plus warranty 7 months after purchase. The finance dept was non responsive so, I had to call sales dept to get them to transfer the call, and finance dept sounded annoyed I need to cancel the Gold plus, and didnt care my friends and I were in a bad crash a week prior.
