Our salesman, Jonathan G., was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable during our visit to Ciocca! He worked hard to get us the car we were looking for while keeping our monthly payments at what we were comfortable spending. We left with a new car and smiles on our faces after such a smooth transaction and enjoyable experience! We will certainly be back to Ciocca for all of our maintenance and any future cars we purchase.
This was my first time buying a Subaru and let me tell you that Jonathan was awesome. I am not tech savy and Jonathan explained all of the features so very clearly, he made it a point that if I have any questions, I should not hesitate to call. All of the staff was super courteous. Thank you again to all of the staff for making my first time Subaru purchase a very pleasant experience. Wii highly recommend!!!
Update.... . I made an appointment with a salesperson over the phone to meet to look at a specific legacy. I told him that I wanted the car without even test driving it. I specifically asked if he was going to be at the dealership, so i was confirming, at that time, that he was meeting me, he said, yes, I'll be there. I drove an hour, was greeted by a different salesperson who told me that the guy I talked to wasn't there and was an internet salesperson not on site.
