I have purchased and leased several cars from Ciocca and have always had great experiences. Ken assisted me in my recent purchase. I highly recommend him. He was friendly, respectful and patient. He took his time helping me decide which vehicle to purchase. Mohammad assisted me with the financing and paperwork. As always, he was personable, thorough and knowledgeable. They both made the experience comfortable and easy and made me feel like more than just a customer.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a warranty. My wife and I purchased a used Outback after her Forrester was totaled. We had an amazing experience prior with purchasing the Forrester and were expecting the same. When we were talked to about warranties, we upgraded to the $3200 extended warranty because we were told we would be receiving $2600 back for the refund on our Forrester’s warranty, and thus only $600 would be coming out of pocket after the refund in 6-8 weeks. I just bought a car from Ciocca and the attention and care I received throughout the whole shopping process was truly amazing. Mark Perkins gave his honest care and attention to helping me find the perfect fit, making sure all of my concerns were considered, and always being completely transparent and honest. All of the staff are so personable, not pushy, and honest. Definitely the best service you’ll find in the Lehigh Valley!
