I scheduled a oil change at ciocca Nissan in Quakertown and I was quoted a price of $98 they scheduled the oil change at the Ford souderton since they had availabilities. upon completion of my oil change I was charged $120. I do not like the misleading or deceptive practices that took place. If you give the customer a quote for something as simple as an oil change after I provided the model and year the of the vehicle. they should have honored that price. Purchasing my car today at Ciocca Lincoln of Flemington was such an excellent experience . From the moment I walked in the door the ladies at the reception so kind and friendly. Andrew was so kind and so easy to talk to and so professional . Then Mr. Pete Chicarelli came up to us and introduced himself another wonderful gentleman and lastly was the closing of the car deal with Diego who was amazing as well.
