I bought a car Ciocca automobile group in December 2025. Even though I explained that I would be using the car for work and should have a tax reduction, they convinced me otherwise and made me sign the contract. Later, realizing the tax reduction was necessary, they tried to get me to sign a new contract, including the tax in the car price without applying the reduction. My car's LCD screen is gone, first I went to Lawrenceville Lincoln and they said there is no one to handle this issue today, then they said go to Flemington, then I went there and they said there is no one to handle this issue here either, I lost 3 hours, these dishonorable people, I don't understand how they work, I do not recommend this service at all, all their employees are dishonorable.

I scheduled a oil change at ciocca Nissan in Quakertown and I was quoted a price of $98 they scheduled the oil change at the Ford souderton since they had availabilities. upon completion of my oil change I was charged $120. I do not like the misleading or deceptive practices that took place. If you give the customer a quote for something as simple as an oil change after I provided the model and year the of the vehicle. they should have honored that price.
