Terrible communication. I scheduled a 150k miles package, which included about 10 different items, and dropped my car off the night before my appointment. I also mentioned an issue with my windshield wiper fluid not spraying that I wanted them to look at. They called me first thing in the morning asking if one of the pieces of work was okay to proceed on, which I responded affirmative. Not very busy. Had to wait for counter help upon arrival for my scheduled appointment. Service always seems to find something to fix, even for a scheduled oil change. Never fails.

Not even deserving of one star. Took a vehicle in for service issue. Was told the parts were already there. After taking off of work and sitting there for almost 3 hours, we come to find that the parts were not there. They basically did nothing and told us we had to reschedule to come back once they got the part. They said they topped off all fluids and checked everything. We checked the fluids only to find they were not topped off as we were told. Not certain what they did during that time. And then they tried to charge us ... read more
