Not even deserving of one star. Took a vehicle in for service issue. Was told the parts were already there. After taking off of work and sitting there for almost 3 hours, we come to find that the parts were not there. They basically did nothing and told us we had to reschedule to come back once they got the part. They said they topped off all fluids and checked everything.
