Horrible experience from start to finish. Brought my truck in for a recall and oil change. They had my truck for 9 days. I couldn’t get any one to pick up the phone finally they did and. I found out they lost my keys. I went to pick it up and oil change was never done they swore to me it was done. I complained and after my return they told me it was done. So much more to the story. Stay away. I could go on but I’m so upset.
Chris the finance manager has a terrible approach, so much so that I will mention to not go here. To not even approach us with an offer, instead making us feel as if we were a joke. How many cars did you sell today? Joke of an experience.
We had an excellent experience at Ciocca Ford in Lawrence. Gene, Tony, and Jason were professional and respectful but also so friendly. Car shopping can be a stressful experience but we actually had such a fun day! Love my new Ford and I look forward to working with these men in the future. I highly recommend them.
Super Profesional, I went there for a specific used car, a 22 subaru forester. I had my financing lined up. They just went with what I had they didn't try and push unwanted upsells on me. I got the cheapest 22 subaru forester within 500 miles, comparably priced cars had 10000 more miles. I would definitely shop at this dealership again. My dales professional was Doug and he was perfect.
visited your dealership yesterday to inquire about leasing options. Before that, I had already checked out Toyota and Mercedes, where I was promptly presented with leasing offers. However, when I asked about leasing at your dealership, the response I received was, “Why don’t you just buy?” When I clarified and asked again about leasing options, I was told that leasing was available for all cars, which left me thinking, that his first question was super weird.
