Rude service department. Dismissive, patronizing and belittling. I now drive to Flemington or Hamilton to get the vehicle serviced. 2 hours out of the day to avoid absolutely horrible service. In fact, the same repair that Ciocca wanted to charge me for was done under warranty elsewhere. Stay away.
We had a great experience working with Matt. He was respectful, professional, and never pushy throughout the entire process. Matt really listened to what we wanted, stayed within our budget, and never tried to steer us in a direction we weren’t comfortable with. It was refreshing to work with someone like Matt. Highly recommend asking for Matt if you're looking for a smooth, pressure-free experience!
Awesome experience buying a new Ford F150 from Doug at Ciocca Ford in Lawrenceville. Although I custom ordered an F150 in February 2025, 6 months later the truck still had not been assigned a VIN nor scheduled build date. Doug searched all Ford dealers in the East and found my exact ordered truck on a lot in NY. Within 3 days of our discussion, it now sits in my driveway. I am very thankful for their efforts and would highly recommend them!
