Bear with me on this one… if I could give zero stars… I would, because that’s the amount of service that was provided. My 2024 Lincoln Aviator was taken in under 2 warranty repairs, a blown door speaker and a broken seat. My vehicle sat there for the better part of two weeks when they finally said the speaker “needed an update” and the update will come out in a few weeks. This dealership was a breath of fresh air compared to other places. I found a car online 05/28/2026 and Doug reached out right away giving me all the details No BS just facts and realistic expectations.
