Tony made buying a car a streamlined and efficient process, making the buyer feel comfortable and heard with the needs and questions that come with buying a car. Rob was extremely helpful on the sales end, with his deep background in mechanics, he ensured that the car was sound!

Chris the service manager has a terrible approach, so much so that I will mention to not go here. To not even approach us with an offer, instead making us feel as if we were a joke. How many cars did you sell today? Joke of an experience.
We just had the best experience from Michael at ciocca! He took the time to walk me through every inch of the vehicle - including helping to even get the CarPlay to work for me! I usually hate car shopping but this was delightful. Really thankful for such kind and helpful service.
