Fast and friendly service. I was able to wait rather than drop it off. Great job washing the car for me after the service too. Waiting room needs a little work though.

No concierge service and no car wash after service also no loaner cars they are on the way out of Lawrence becarfully people about doing business with them I did 34 years with that dealer ship but they don't offer you any service that they use to very disappointing may look to other dealership who provided these service especially to Lincoln owners.
