Great Team and Trucks. Bought a 2024 Ranger and Kevin Crowley helped me with the manager lowering the price and giving me a good interest rate. Test drove it with Kevin and because of me he stayed late on a Saturday (sorry and thank you for that). James Lawson (Business Manager), helped with the financial part. Overall, everyone very helpful and professional, make you feel very comfortable to talk with. It's been a couple of weeks that I have the truck and very happy about it. I had my truck given an oil change at Ciocca ford a month or so ago and suddenly I am told now I have to bring the truck in for filter changes. Hmm. Why wasn’t this done then? The kid dealing with me just said “not my fault, it’s Fords fault”. When truck was ready, this kid gave my keys and I pointed out “that next time for service, just look at your computer and see what is needed over the next few weeks or month so maybe we can do it at once”. I had a horrible experience at Ciocca Ford Service in Flemington. I brought my Explorer in for my water pump leaking, covered under warranty. NOTHING else was wrong with the vehicle. I got a text saying that after the water pump was replaced the check engine light came on for a misfire and they wanted $766 to replace one coil pack and spark plug!
