This is my worst experience with Flemington Ford dealer I had my truck in for service and they ripped my seat. No one ever called me back. I had to call them three times and then I finally got a hold of Anthony Tuccillo The service manager, he made another appointment for me to come in and have it fixed and then I pick up my vehicle and they do a botch job fixing my ripped seat and Anthony said they would not replace it and accused me of ripping my own seat this is the worst customer service Ive Ever had and was told to call... read more
Ciocca ford is the only dealership I've always had a good experience with . Correction all the ciocca dealership are included and all do their best to rectify an issue. I highly recommend checking them out.
Would highly recommend working with Matt Hayden! He was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and answered all of mine and my husband’s questions. He was also very patient throughout the process of leasing our new vehicle and in end was able to get me my dream expedition!
