Great buying experience, but do not get the new car blinders like I did. 1. Said it had a 'clean' Carfax, 2. After leaving found behind the passenger door there is damage too much for the buckle they said may have got stuck in it. The passenger door handle has obvious damage where the chrome was stripped away and cleaned up. The rear wheel has some damage. 3. Yeesh what a mess! They gave me the run around about the car fax, only told be told after that it was in an accident. Car fax showed two accidents. It was missing a grill clip and was promised said grill clip would be put on as soon as that part arrived (they told me it would be weeks). I kept calling once a month or so to check in and got the run around every time. I'm not sure if maybe it's because I'm a woman? Or maybe they really are that much of a mess in general? Extremely unhappy with their level of customer service. Bought a vehicle in March and still don’t have the plates. No one returned my phone calls. I’ve left several messages for The finance department with no luck. Needless to say will not be purchasing another vehicle from them. They also tried to sneak in GAP insurance when I was clear with the salesman that I didn’t want any.

I purchased a new Ford Explorer from Michael Adrian at Ciocca Ford recently. Best experience I ever had when looking for a new car. No pressure, explained all my options, had many choices but the car I wanted was in another one of their dealerships. Michael obtained the car and I was able to test drive it at the local dealership in Flemington. They gave me the best price and I was on my way. Will buy again from Ciocca and will go see Michael Adrian to handle the transaction. Honest, fair and easy experience.
