Just as bad as Fullerton. They did not do even half the work it was dropped off for, no record of the original appointment stating that a simple oil change was requested verbally and at the key drop off. Find a real ford dealer and let me know who they are!
Very disappointed with Ciocca Ford of Flemington. After being loyal Ford customers for over six years, this has been the worst experience we’ve ever had. We left a $19,000 down payment for a Lincoln Corsair with salesperson Andrew Seipel, but decided to cancel the purchase before financing was completed. The dealership assured us the check would not be cashed and would be returned. Bmw M240 x drive. We went to see this car and we have no issue with car and everything was good, however the salesman his name Matt honestly, he is lazy, toooo slow and doesn't do his job properly. This car is expensive and they keep lying and change the price, every time we call and try to make a deal they start playing around and never call back again or they put us on hold.
