I would have given this place 5 stars because honestly the service before purchase was great, the salesperson (Andrew) was very great but unfortunately after we purchased our vehicle the service received was completely different. I figured writing a bad review might be the only way to get a response from the dealership. Very dissappointed that I can not get a return call to help me with my problems and address how they have treated this "valued customer". Service department told me they couldn't fix my flat and tried to convince me to purchase 4 new tires. Of course, the puncture was easily fixed. They didn't apply my warrenty to the service (which was another huge ripoff) and are showing them I owe them more than $300 to repair a flat tire. They did... read more

This dealerships service department including advisors and managers are so terrible I want a second truck but will be buying it elsewhere to avoid this hellscape of a dealership. They left wires hanging in my truck that set fire to my sons car seat--no accountability. They attempted to do work to my truck i didnt approve--no accountability. I bought a car Ciocca automobile group in December 2025. Even though I explained that I would be using the car for work and should have a tax reduction, they convinced me otherwise and made me sign the contract. Later, realizing the tax reduction was necessary, they tried to get me to sign a new contract, including the tax in the car price without applying the reduction.
