Scheduled online, ended up doing more than I thought I would need but that was on me. (Registration & emissions) Was in for about an hour due to that but overall polite and knowledgeable staff, and clean lobby. Diagnosed and recommended services which were available to do that day but I opted out of. Will probably go again.
Poor customer service. They say it's express care and you can stop by without an appointment but it's not really true. Showed up 2 hours before closing and they reported they couldn't see me without an appointment. Called ahead the next day, asked if they could see me in 15 minutes and they said they could. Arrived and waited in my vehicle for 30 minutes while multiple workers avoided eye contact with me.
