Ciocca Kia Ewing Service Department assisted me with a Kia Amercia warranty service issue. Lauren and the service department assited throughout the process and the repairs were covered 100% under the Kia Amercia warranty. Ciocca Automotive has grown to over 50 locations from humble beginnings, but it is quite evident from my experience they haven't forgotten about their customers needs even after the sale, and still treat you as if you were family. Thank You.
Update. I was putting on an undercoating and noticed a n issued with the alignment tabs on the driver side. These tabs were supposedly repaired by Ciocca Toyota. These dealerships and repair techs are thieves and liars and do not care about their clients safety. The service dept of Flemington Subaru and there communication was one of the worst-case experiences in my over 40 years of driving and going to dealerships. SCAM ARTISTS, BE AWARE! Posting this in hopes the same thing doesn't happen to anyone else. I went to Ciocca Chevrolet of West Chester in September to discuss getting into a new lease.
