I’m honestly quite disappointed in the service that I received. I had hit a day on Memorial Day (May 26th 2025), I had taken my car into Ciocca on May 28th and was given an estimate that it would take 2 weeks, but possibly sooner. I received updated roughly every 2 days until I didn’t and then I personally had to start calling them in order to figure out what is going on. I finally received my car back June 27th. My main issue was around the lack of communications and if you look at the poor reviews you will see that is a consistent theme. Dropped truck off for side mirror replacement that had been hit and mirror impacted the door and chipped the paint. They replaced the mirror and I said if they could fix the ships without a full repaint I was Ok with that so long it look pretty good. Communication was extremely lacking, I had to be the one that reached out 99% of the time. Otherwise I’d go weeks with no word. Took almost 3 months for my car to get done after being rear ended in November. The date of completion was pushed farther over and over again with no communication. I even had to call to remind them to update Allstate and Enterprise, who reached out to me, so I wouldn’t lose my rental and rental coverage.
