Communication was extremely lacking, I had to be the one that reached out 99% of the time. Otherwise I’d go weeks with no word. Took almost 3 months for my car to get done after being rear ended in November. The date of completion was pushed farther over and over again with no communication. I even had to call to remind them to update Allstate and Enterprise, who reached out to me, so I wouldn’t lose my rental and rental coverage. Please do not go to this place they did below the bare minimum and also did not fix my car all the way completely screwed me over . I have to buy a new vehicle now . DO NOT GO HERE!
We had a vehicle being repaired for cosmetic damages (bump and run in a parking lot). Pretty smooth process. The staff was friendly and kept us informed along the way. 4 stars because I called for updates versus them calling us. Would strongly consider for future repairs.
So, this company is full of crooks I took my car there for repairs and it took them over 3 months and another garage to supposedly fix my repair which never was completed. My insurance company sent them money to pay the bill after I paid my deductible, now 2 yrs later their saying I still owe them money for piss poor work. My Wife traded in that car because the noises it made after they messed around "fixing the problem" where a lie. They are dishonest and inept at repairing cars.
