I had a generally positive review from about a year ago, it was back when there was an old crew working. This review from my appointment experience today and the previous one as well. I had a little problem with the truck, where the tailgate would pop open on its own once in a while, during a certain road angle. Not worth the drive save your time and go where your business will be appreciated.
Bought a car there last week & immediately had issues & had to take it back. Upon returning, they genuinly look concerned & however they don't care. They scheduled service appointment for another day & when i went to the appointment at the dodge dealership, they were clueless as to my appointment etc. Un professional, rude, horrible. Beware. If you buy from any of the other ciocca dealerships but this one , you will feel the petty politics they have going on within the dealerships. Sad to say but wish I would've known this b... read more
