Absolutely worst service department I’ve ever encountered. The most incompetent and unprofessional customer service. Highly recommend you Do not bring your car here for service. Brought my vehicle in for a simple brake job that turned into a 3 day service and the run around every time I called about the service update. Should have read all the one star reviews.
I just don't understand why it take over three hours to just get a oil change. Even if they have other cars they're working on you can pause one car and do the oil change. I don't care if you're waiting or dropping off. And I think that when you are a woman going in here they try to over talk you like you dont knw what your talking about. Communications is not good in Princeton. Service manager never called me back when I was there last.
