Treated respectfully - yet felt overcharged for basic services. Was quoted an outrageous price for the recommended service ( which I did not authorize)
I'm very disappointed that even after making an appointment more than a week in advance, with a request to replace the tires on my equinox, the tires were not available. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks to get my tires replaced. I'm losing confidence in Ciocca Chevrolet's service department, it's been going downhill significantly in the last 5 years.
