Try calling to cancel a service appointment a common courtesy not for me on the phone over 10 minutes. They’re trying to sell me DIRECTV. I will never spend another dollar in that establishment.

Don't really care for this particular location. Even though I bought my car there and the first few months there's were no issues, but , after that, it went downhill fast. Management is not the most polite or professional at this location, I called and spoke wit Lisa to schedule an oil change, she told me over the phone that is was free, mind you I been getting my oil change there since I had the vehicle, I did use my 2 courtesy oil changes, but I was told it would be taken care of.
