First of all as soon as the recording picks up when you call it states Customer Service is so important. They don't even know what Customer Service is. I had an 8 o'clock appointment that I made a week and a half ago for an issue with the cabin fan not turning off. It is a known defect with these cars, but they refuse to acknowledge that. New employees in the service department are doing great!
I'll never buy from them again. I bought two cars from them in the past about 60k worth of business. they have a Vette at there Flemington NJ dealer that I wanted and agreed on trade in price and price for the car. I said to the receptionist at the west Chester dealer can you bring the car to this location. its 5 minutes from my house where the NJ dealership was an hour and a half. she said no problem but you have to agree to purchase. Nice facility, service writer was good, he was new and was there alone and had no clue as to why I was there so I had to explain again (not a big deal).
Extremely disappointing experience with this service department. My truck wouldn’t start, so I brought it in with an appointment expecting the issue to be diagnosed and addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Instead, before they even looked at the truck, they started going through all the possible scenarios that supposedly might not be covered under warranty.
