My experience during buying my new Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 was the best I’ve had in my life. No pressure, to sales tactics…just straight talk. The salesman, Tom Tetesco, is largely responsible for my positive experience. He was a real nice guy who fought for my deal. Amazing. (Tom - I owe you a bourbon!) I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Horrible service department! I brought my electric equinox in for generalized service which included a tire rotation. My appointment was for 7:40 and come the morning I got to change that it was moved to 840. I didn't think it was a big deal as I didn't need the car for the whole day but also had something in the works from somebody else to get me back out there. Service was exceptional. Took the time to listen and explain my vehicle issues. I waited for my truck and was given a private space to work while the service work was performed.
We had a great experience turning in my Leased GMC Terrain at Ciocca Chevrolet-Buick- GMC Dealership in Flemington, NJ. I leased a Buick 2023 GT ST. Salesperson was Chris, and he was very pleasant, helpful and explained everything to us. I would definitely recommend Chris Gansfuss to family and friends interested in leasing or buying a car. I must say everyone we met at this dealership was very nice.
Okay I contacted Ciocca to inquire about purchasing a red 2018 Cadillac ats v coupe which I really l liked. A woman named Cristina got back with me and asked about a 2012 Impala I was willing to trade in,but I actually had the cash to buy it outright. Well she asked for pictures which turns out was a waste of time!
