Walked into the dealership without an appointment and was greeted with ease and accommodation. Worked with Michele Neri and was extremely happy with how things went. Made you feel like you were doing a deal with a friend instead of someone trying to just sell you. Finance department was also a pleasure to work with, didn’t feel like there was fluff involved and everything was straight forward. The service department is unresponsive. Can't get simple answers, they don't answer the phone, folks don't call you back. The ONLY calls I get from them is, "We show your vehicle is due for X service, can we schedule you.".
