I am not a big fan of Dealer Service Departments. But this week I met a wonderful service person at Ciocca Cadillac named Dina! Her goal was to completely take care of my walk in problem on my Cadillac. It is rare to meet such a great service person! Thank You!
I purchased my vehicle there in 2020 paid cash didn’t hassle. Part of the benefit was that we would receive their oil change service that they pick up your car for convenience and bring it back. We always make the appointment over the phone and get the confirmation emails but they rarely honor the appointment. I have purchased over 20+ cars in my life, all luxury / exotic cars. I have never had an experience from what is supposed to be a "reputable dealer". We’re currently in the process of buying a new car. I’ve been a Cadillac owner for years, and we originally went out planning to purchase another Cadillac. We visited two dealerships Cadillac and _________ and the contrast between the two experiences really gave us something to think about.
