I went in late on a Saturday with no appointment. Front desk receptionist was cordial and found someone to help me once they were done. She offered me complimentary water/coffee as I waited. Quick wait, and met with sales representative Ryan. He took me on a short test drive for a car I was interested in. Left my Saturday without knowing if I'd end up taking the deal offered as the price was higher than I wanted to spend. Told Ryan I'll follow up Monday.
