Tanner was my massage therapist and he was stellar in hitting the areas I mentioned and his technique was amazing. ! I’ve had hundreds of massages in the US and abroad and he was definitely in the top 3! Beautiful facility with helpful and accommodating staff, beautiful and clean facility and will definitely come back on my next visit with my daughter to N. Myrtle Beach! 💗💗
This spa was AMAZING! Even with construction going on inside, it felt like an amazing oasis! The service from the moment we walked in the door until we left was unmatchable! My mom and I went as a mom/daughter date. Tanner and Deb were the absolute most incredible massage therapists!! The meditation room, hot tub, complimentary wine/champagne/mimosas were delicious as well as the complimentary snacks! Definitely will be back!!!
I called to ask about details for membership fees, and the girl on the phone her name started with M , suddenly hung up, thinking we got cut off I called again, same girl answered as soon as I tried to ask a question she again hung up on me, now I called a third time to ask why see would just hang up as I was trying to ask a question, she hung up a third time, unbelievable, I was furious, I don't have any thing good to say about Cinzia at this point. I’ve been coming here for a while and have always had a great experience! I recently accidentally left my diamond necklace in my robe, and they found it and returned it to me promptly. I’m so grateful for their honesty and kindness. The staff is always friendly and professional, and I highly recommend this place!
Made a day of the spa and it was so worth it! The massage, the facial and the mani/pedi! Nakiya did an amazing job on my mani pedi and made great conversation! Definitely looking forward to a return trip!
