The spa services were extremely nice and relaxing. The atmosphere however.. not quite. They are currently renovating- which is great for them, but you can hear banging and drilling etc throughout the spa. In the meditation room, it was very loud and not a great ambiance for a spa. Also people were talking and on their phones in the meditation room which kind of defeats the purpose? I feel like they could be stricter about this.
I’ve been coming to this spa since it first open, many years ago. It’s my favorite place to reset! I am thrilled to see the new updates happening…& while it’s not ideal not to have access to the spa in its entirety, it’s definitely understandable. My experience today did not suffer in the least! Kathleen gave an amazing massage. I felt like a different person when I left! Also, Elizabeth is amazing at facials & gave me some great beauty tips. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. I received a Spa package as a birthday gift from my partner’s daughter and husband. What a wonderful gift!! It truly is a magical place and Debbie was amazing. It is very relaxing and peaceful. I highly recommend the experience. The spa is beautiful and so are the staff. 5 stars all the way! Debbie is highly recommended. Thank you.
Fabulous experience, the Signature Mani and Pedi were absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to go back for my next appointment. Service was excellent, atmosphere was beautiful and the relaxation achieved was by far so worth it. Definitely recommend this spa. Barbie was my service provider today but everyone else that I have worked with has been excellent as well.
