Totally mismanaged establishment. Roach in the steam room! Read the (*) reviews! Beware.
From the moment that you walk in the door, you feel relaxed. The smell puts you in a trance. I had a 70 min massage with one of the girls. She was amazing. Her name started with a "L". Highly recommend this place and her!

Had a wonderful experience at Cinzia! From the moment I walked in until the time I left. The staff was amazing and my service was absolutely wonderful. I felt like a new person leaving! Will definitely be back
Absolutely Horrible – Stay Away Cinzia Spa completely destroyed my skin. I walked in with perfectly clear skin, and I walked out covered in acne thanks to their terrible facial. The lady even said my skin looked great beforehand, and now it looks awful. All the progress I worked so hard on was ruined in one visit. The massage was just as bad.
