Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations. To begin, there was quite a bit of construction taking place, which we were not made aware of beforehand. Upon arrival, the attendants did not provide us with sandals or give us an introduction to the amenities and spa space. We ultimately had to go back to the front desk ourselves to ask for assistance. Absolutely amazing experience. My husband and I spent our honeymoon getting the couples island escape and I couldn’t be more pleased. The staff is phenomenal, the services are exquisite and every step of the experience was catered. Highly recommend. My masseuse was Ms. Deb and husband’s was Ms. Villy, they were so sweet, so good at what they do and we had an overall great experience.

I had such an amazing experience at Cinzia Spa! From the moment I arrived, everyone was so welcoming, and my massage was absolutely incredible. It was so relaxing, and I left feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. A special thank you to Megan, the spa guide, who was so sweet and helpful throughout my visit. BE AWARE: There is significant construction happening throughout the spa right now. The noise was much worse than I expected based on the text they sent beforehand. They did notify guests, but the message dramatically understated how disruptive it actually is and was sent less than 24 hours before my appointment, leaving no opportunity to cancel without a penalty.
