You guys are by far the worst uniform company there is in this area. Have 12 uniforms, work 5 days a week and every week I have to wear others uniforms because your time management and work ethic is by far the worst ive seen.
If you work more than 5 days a week, like most people in the trades do...DO NOT rely on Cintas to keep your work pants stocked. 11 pairs of pants, and somehow every week I get 3-5 pairs of pants...thanks Cintas for charging me and my co workers for your lack of service. Do better please.
Cintas Uniform Service is reliable and professional. Deliveries are consistent, the uniforms are clean, and customer service is responsive when issues come up. They make it easy to keep things running smoothly. They do it right.
I went on a ride along at the Madison, Wisconsin location. And caught sales service representatives putting items customers didnt on their invoices and then giving them to customers they like for free. Hand sanitizer that customers dont even have dispensers for, floor mats that werent requested, and more. Dont use this service from madison they are crooks.
