Worst uniform company, no matter we're i work cintas is there to screw everything up, always loosing my uniforms forcing me to wash my own at home evey couple of days,I got 2 coats a used one and a new one also 2 liners, the liners will not fit inside the older coats the new coat had a broken zipper so I couldn't use it, sent it in to be repaired and they replaced it with a older used coat that I won't be able to use the liners in and it also had a broken zipper, I'm curious does cintas have my name in there system that pops... read more
Completely unprofessional.
Our driver Jordan who services Concentra always provides exceptional service. He is always professional, polite and always goes above and beyond to make sure the facility has the proper supplies and quantity on hand to maintain proper usage. We have never had a supply and demand issue with Jordan as our driver. He always touches base before finishing the stop to make sure the facility is all set. Would definitely recommend Jordan great customer service, friendly personality and gets the job done !
