Terrible customer service and overall experience. Cintas increased our pricing 10 fold without proper notice. I tried speaking with 2 separate customer service representatives and I was told a Service Manager will call me to resolve the issue. After 24 hours no one reached out to me to resolve the issue. Shirt orders go missing or come back with ink stains. It gets to a point where a rotation of 12 shirts shrinks down to 5 without anything being replaced.
Terrible experience. Only contracted for three mats and some rags then it took 4 weeks to even start the service, after the first visit they didn't show up for over three weeks, and now they say I'm bound by the service contract and I can't cancel when they are the ones that did not fulfill their side of the contract. Just get a lot of excuses and never see the sales person and manager that signed me up. I need to find a more reliable service. What a headache!
We have had such a pleasant experience with Ricky. He is always so friendly and does an awesome job.
