If you're delivering in a 53 ft trailer full size semi it's best to back in from the street that way you don't have to blindside back into the dock. There's no room to turn around in their parking lot.
They trick you into signing a 5 year contract. Sales reps are nothing but bully's. Horrible Ethics & Service, Horrible Company.
