This people all they care is the Money,,they don't bring your things on time and they want to charge you rigth away,more tha you agree on contrac,then you try calling and no one wants to help,bad customer service....
Very disappointed with the service. I signed up expecting quality, but it has been quite the opposite. The black napkins are never the same shade, some arrive stained with food, and on several occasions, tangled blonde hair has been found in them. This is not only unpleasant but also directly affects my business’s image. When I first signed up, I was told there was no service commitment. We did a Contract From Cintas and I regret it. Cintas Agreed That The Weekly Pay Was 30.00 Dollars a Week and Marcell Vargas from Cintas always Keeps Changing The Prices and Giving Us A Hard Time. We Tried To Get In Contact With David From Cintas about 6 months but he hasn’t responded. They also broke my tile from the bathroom and still haven’t made a payment after we gave them the bill. If you are considering using this company DO NOT!! Their customer service is no existent and they lie to your face about contract lengths. If I could give zero stars I would. I own a small family restaurant. We contracted Cintas when we first open for rugs, towels, aprons, etc. Their sales representative has outright lied to us to trick us into a longer contract.
