We did a Contract From Cintas and I regret it. Cintas Agreed That The Weekly Pay Was 30.00 Dollars a Week and Marcell Vargas from Cintas always Keeps Changing The Prices and Giving Us A Hard Time. We Tried To Get In Contact With David From Cintas about 6 months but he hasn’t responded. They also broke my tile from the bathroom and still haven’t made a payment after we gave them the bill. If you are considering using this company DO NOT!! Their customer service is no existent and they lie to your face about contract lengths. If I could give zero stars I would. I own a small family restaurant. We contracted Cintas when we first open for rugs, towels, aprons, etc. Their sales representative has outright lied to us to trick us into a longer contract. Recently sold my company & cintas still billed me $4,800 because we could not finish our contract. Rep gave us 30 days to pay them off. I don’t recommend doing business with them. Find someone else.
