If I could give Cintas zero stars, I would. This company took advantage of me as a small business owner by locking me into a 5-year contract that was never clearly explained during the sales process. A rep came to my business in person and gave me a quick pitch about their services — not once did they mention I’d be financially handcuffed for half a decade. Not sure what to add about it, other than I usually am there doing network cutovers.
Poor service, on 07/17 at 7:50 am, I walked in and two women saw me and continued talking to each other and didn’t even acknowledge me. So I rang the doorbell that’s on the right of the window and the one girl frowns up her face as if I wasn’t seeking assistance and their casual conversation couldn’t wait. Later the lady who finally helped me turned out to be lovely but the lady who frowned and walked away needs customer training skills to work in jobs like this one
If I could leave 0 stars, I would! Do not be fooled! This company's service is subpar. Took us 6 months to get uniforms. After the sales rep (SHAWN/BRETT) sets up your account you will NEVER be able to speak to them again. The service managers (well RICH specifically) is a ghost! You won't get good service or even be able to contact anyone locally for product, services, or account issues! BEWARE!
