If there was an option of zero stars I would give it to them, HORRIBLE is an understatement for their service and honesty, they lock you into a 5 year contract just so they can benefit of this, STAY AWAY.
Great experience
I’m not sure if this review will go to the correct location I just want to give a shout out to Leshay a customer service representative for helping me track down my AirPods. I apologize if I misspelled the name I didn’t get the spelling She took a lot of time out of her day to make sure that I found the item that I left in my uniform due to my own incompetence. Thank you very much. I appreciate all you do.
