I’m not sure if this review will go to the correct location I just want to give a shout out to Leshay a customer service representative for helping me track down my AirPods. I apologize if I misspelled the name I didn’t get the spelling She took a lot of time out of her day to make sure that I found the item that I left in my uniform due to my own incompetence. Thank you very much. I appreciate all you do.
Cintas overcharged us, ignored complaints, and added unauthorized increases. After we terminated for cause and returned all uniforms on Oct 6, 2025, they still demanded half the contract balance and sent an attorney letter the next day. Poor service, unethical billing, and predatory tactics. Businesses beware, stay far away from Cintas.
