Do not use them. They are terrible. Poor communication, poor delivery, all around bad experience. Once they have you sign a contract everything goes down hill fast. Management to the sales team is a zero star, only their delivery driver is good. Good luck if you pick this terrible company.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I’ve been calling for months now trying to get taken off of auto-pay. I keep getting charged for items I don’t receive. I’m getting charged a minimum charge after being told I wouldn’t. My rep, Peter Salajka, is unprofessional and rude. He stopped answering my phone calls. He won’t answer my text messages or emails. Disrespects me in my own business! If I wasn’t under contract I would drop this company immediately!!!
We are always taken care of. If a mistake is made, it is immediately corrected. If we need anything, we are always listened to and given solutions. Our driver is excellent. He follows up to make sure the office gets it right.
Do not use this company!!! they lie, cheat, and have shady billing tactics. You will be billed for things you did not order or authorize, then you will not be able to cancel. Management sucks, does absolutely nothing to make things right besides argue and try to send you to collections for things you did not buy. Absolutely horrible experience.
Awful company. Do NOT sign up with them unless you are ready to deal with a business with shady billing practice. We have called serveral times, I mean at least 10 times, to stop services and they are still showing up and invoicing us for absolutely nothing!!! Just showing up and dropping an invoice! They are also charging us for things we did not asked for! Absolutely disgrace of a company. DO NOT USE THEM!
