Terrible customer service! and please BEWARE before you sign anything, read every single word because they will tie you up in a 5 year contract and you have to pay more than $7,000 to get out! I wish I listened to what people told me before I gave them a chance, I feel scamed, just tried giving “the nice guy” that seemed pretty new and nice a chance, and after he signed me he no longer helped out with anything. Doing this to local small businesses disrespectful.
As we are a new client of Cintas, we just wanted to share our positive experience with sales rep Nicholas DiDato. Nick was attentive, timely, and very knowlageable of his product. Not only did he answer all of our questions, he met us bright and early for our weekly meeting to get measurments and meet the crew. If all of our future experiences with Cintas' employees are this professional, we are going to have a great experience in the years to come! Thank you.

Terrible service. I’ve been working at my new job for over 3 months now and still haven’t got my uniforms. I’ve even spoke directly with the rep that service our location in auburn Eddie or Ed and the best thing he can say is he don’t know the future and put the buck on the delivery driver. This is the worst service from any company I have ever seen it’s mind blowing. There is about 4 of us who been waiting some over 5-6 months for uniforms. It’s sad.
