After two years of horrible service, empty promises and complaints without resolution we’ve finally got away from our contract. Today begins a service without a contract!
Exactly what everyone else is saying below. Got signed up for a 5 year contract on a start-up restaurant and was told we could cancel anytime. Now they won't let us out of it.
No customer service. My uniforms are regularly forgotten. No direct contact with the person who services my route. When i do establish a relationship with whoever runs my route they end up changing drivers and I have to go through all the mistakes and forgotten pick ups again.
We’ve been stuck in a 3-year contract with Cintas, and it's been a frustrating experience from the start. They regularly raise prices with minimal notice, and when we tried to reject an increase, we were told we couldn’t cancel—only they can choose to end the agreement. The fine print clearly favors them. What makes it worse is the inconsistent service.
