Terrible experience. From my last dealings with Cintas in 2020 to engaging with them again in 2025, the service quality has declined drastically, even though I wasn’t a continuous customer in between. Centralizing their call centre and removing the ability to communicate directly with service providers via email is unacceptable for an organization of their size and reputation. Unnecessarily loud phone representative that calls you and tries to sell you on their services even though you tell them you’re not interested. Then they abruptly hang up on you when they don’t see it going anywhere. Unprofessional and a waste of your time.
The driver shown in the pictures blocked the access to my home for about 15 mins. When asked to move, instead of making room for me he told me to go around the block and use the other entrance of the back alley. He is not the one to decide my route and Cintas should not block the access to residential bulding for their deliveries. However, I had to wait for him to finish the delivery to Joe Fortes and only after that I was allowed to continue my route. Cintas, you must do better when training your divers.
