Cintas driver at Starbucks on 152nd in South Surrey parked in a disabled parking space to drop off uniforms, then sat on his phone for a few minutes before leaving. Cintas, please educate your drivers about the proper usage of these spots. This is unacceptable.
Terrible experience. From my last dealings with Cintas in 2020 to engaging with them again in 2025, the service quality has declined drastically, even though I wasn’t a continuous customer in between. Centralizing their call centre and removing the ability to communicate directly with service providers via email is unacceptable for an organization of their size and reputation. Making requests for repairs, additional visits, or follow-ups is now akin to pulling teeth and messages are not being relayed properly if at all. Poor... read more
