Nothing I can really praise or complain about as far as expectations are concerned. I just wish they pick a time of the day to pick up and stick with it.
They have the worst answering service, call 4 times and could get to the rep I was looking for. Extremely disappointed.
Business Owners Beware: Very disappointed with my experience with Cintas in Lake Charles. Our business was placed into what appears to be a 5-year contract without requiring the actual business owner to personally sign the agreement. Between the constant staff turnover and changing sales representatives, it became nearly impossible to even keep track of who our representative was.
