They have the worst answering service, call 4 times and could get to the rep I was looking for. Extremely disappointed.
Business Owners Beware: Very disappointed with my experience with Cintas in Lake Charles. Our business was placed into what appears to be a 5-year contract without requiring the actual business owner to personally sign the agreement. Between the constant staff turnover and changing sales representatives, it became nearly impossible to even keep track of who our representative was. Good service
I have been waiting 6 weeks on pants to be repaired. When I came up to the office nobody would talk to me I waited for 30 minutes trying to get someone's attention. I could here people working just in the next cubical. When I finally got someone to come over she said I had to call later because everyone is at lunch.
