I give this company no stars. One week i get 3 pair pants back and this week i get nothing. I have 5 days til next delivery with no uniforms that my company pays for. This is not the first time this has happened. Worst service ever.I have to give a star or it wont let me post. So this 1 star is not my choice.
Given a appointment time to deliver a load to them at a certain time. Do my job and get there as scheduled. Check in and then they tell me that they don't work for two more hours. Very unprofessional.
Please heed my warning, do not sign a contract with this company!! Once you sign, it allows them carte blanche. Pricing is inconsistent, rude customer service, and things are rarely delivered correctly or on time. One star is too generous for the horrific experience our businesses endured during our time with Cintas.
