If I could do 0 stars I would! Uniforms are musty smelling 90% of the time, holes all in them (not from us), not repaired properly (worst patch jobs you've ever seen), missing uniforms, and just thrown on hangers so they're always wrinkly! Call themselves the "Uniform people"....I disagree.
The company I have been working with has had a longstanding relationship with Cintas. I must commend Andrew for his exceptional service. He is not only friendly and respectful but also remarkably kind. On a particular occasion, he went above and beyond by surprising me with a delicious slice of banana cake that he had personally baked. Complain that they "cant get our rags clean" So they give us rags that already feel soaked in oil. If i was in charge id ise a different company.
Our company has been with Cintas for many years, great service and great people to work with. Andrew has always been helpful and easy to work with.
