The managers are prejudice specifically manager Joshua Clanton and General Manager Grant Carson. I was in the office and heard them complaining about having to do business with their words "wet backs " and Nigger's. This type of attitude and behavior is not acceptable in business; there are similar companies that are available that are better than this company.
Constant missing items, charged regardless, but always 'sorry we don't have that today' who is stocking and cleaning items? Why are they charging money when I cant get the items im supposed to have? Friendly but completely unreliable.
Max with Cintas has provided uniforms for my department for years now and exceeds all expectations. He takes personal responsibility for his work of which he performs in the highest level of professionalism.
Max is the guy who helps us out on his route at our shop, he is excellent. Very courteous, professional, and helpful. We appreciate Max very much, and all he does for all of us.
I agree with all the 1 star reviews. They charge so much and are the worst when you call and complaint to them.. I would advise exercising caution when considering entering into a business relationship with them, especially if you are a small business. It is recommended to explore local options to mitigate potential risks.
